We recognise that inclusion is not merely a goal, but a continuous journey of growth, learning, and intentional action. We acknowledge the historical and systemic barriers that have excluded marginalised voices and understand the importance of actively working to dismantle these barriers.

 

Our commitment to inclusion is unwavering. We are ready to listen, learn, and take meaningful action as we strive to create a more inclusive and equitable world for all.

2. Build accountability through meaningful collaborations and co-production with networks and marginalised communities

We are dedicated to being allies and advocates for change within our communities. We commit to using our platform and resources to uplift underrepresented voices and to collaborate with organisations and individuals who share our vision for a more inclusive society.

3. Move beyond representation to work towards an inclusive culture

We pledge to provide opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and leadership that reflect our commitment to equity and inclusion.
